Cross-Sell Playbook Presentation Design

team.blue is a leading European digital solutions provider, serving millions of businesses with hosting, domains, and online tools. They needed a sales playbook that could help their internal teams communicate consistently and effectively across markets.
Challenge
The original sales playbook was a dense Word document—hard to navigate, visually flat, and not practical for day-to-day use. The challenge was to transform this into a professional, fully editable PowerPoint presentation that was easy to use, visually aligned with their brand, and structured to support real sales conversations.
Approach
I translated the content into a clean, modular slide deck using team.blue’s brand guidelines. The design included structured content flow, custom layouts, and a set of branded master slides to ensure consistency and ease of future edits. Every slide was carefully balanced between clarity, flexibility, and visual polish—built with non-designers in mind.
Result
The final playbook is a ready-to-use PPT presentation slide deck consistent of 30 slides. It brings structure and clarity to team.blue’s commercial messaging. It combines a strong visual identity with practical usability, helping teams present with confidence and stay aligned across departments and regions.
